I work with women struggling with life transitions, divorce, trauma symptoms, attachment wounds, betrayal, and grief through full-body experiences so that you can break the cycle, find your voice, and rewrite your story.
Together, we use creative mind and body experiences to understand your past and give you the tools to create the relationships, the confidence, and the life you want.
In addition to providing weekly trauma therapy, I also offer EMDR/Therapy Intensives.
Research shows that clients completing intensive treatment can make as much progress in the condensed format as in standard weekly sessions. This can eliminate weeks or months of living with trauma symptoms, and with the toll this takes on work, relationships, marriages, parenting and general wellbeing.

In order to serve you more conveniently, I offer both online and in-person EMDR Intensives in Richmond Virginia and virtual counseling for weekly sessions to anyone in the state of Virginia. I’m happy to help you figure out which approach would help you reach your goals!
